This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, refunds, and project-related charges are handled by Infrazy Technologies. By purchasing our services or making any payment to us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. General Policy

Infrazy Technologies provides service-based solutions such as website development, software development, app development, digital marketing, branding, creative services, consulting, and related technology services. Since our services involve planning, strategy, resource allocation, design, development, execution, and time-based work, payments made for confirmed services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

2. Advance Payments

Any advance payment, booking amount, onboarding fee, project initiation fee, consultation fee, or milestone payment made to Infrazy Technologies is used to reserve resources, begin project planning, conduct requirement analysis, allocate team time, and initiate the agreed work. Therefore, advance payments are non-refundable once the project or service process has started.

3. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project after confirmation, Infrazy Technologies may deduct charges for work already completed, time spent, planning, communication, resource allocation, third-party costs, administrative expenses, and any other expenses incurred for the project. Any refund, if applicable, will be considered only for the unused portion of the payment and will be at the sole discretion of Infrazy Technologies.

4. No Refund After Delivery or Approval

No refund will be applicable once a service, design, website, application, software module, marketing setup, creative asset, or any agreed deliverable has been completed, delivered, approved, published, deployed, shared, or made available to the client. Requests for changes or revisions after delivery will be handled according to the agreed project scope or revision terms.

5. Digital Marketing and Advertising Services

Payments made for digital marketing, advertising, SEO, campaign management, social media management, lead generation, content creation, or similar recurring services are non-refundable once the service period has started. Infrazy Technologies does not guarantee specific rankings, reach, engagement, leads, conversions, sales, or revenue, as these may depend on third-party platforms, market conditions, audience behavior, and client-side factors.

6. Third-Party Costs

Fees paid for third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, servers, SSL certificates, paid themes, plugins, software licenses, APIs, payment gateways, advertising spend, app store charges, stock assets, fonts, or other external tools are non-refundable. Such payments are subject to the refund policy, billing rules, and terms of the respective third-party provider.

7. Delays Due to Client-Side Dependencies

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by incomplete requirements, delayed approvals, pending content, missing credentials, unavailable feedback, change in scope, delayed payment, or any other client-side dependency. Project timelines may be revised if required information, assets, or approvals are not provided on time.

8. Scope Changes and Additional Work

Any work requested beyond the originally agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional charges. Payments made for completed milestones, approved work, or additional scope are non-refundable. Infrazy Technologies may provide a revised estimate before starting any extra work.

9. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

In case of a duplicate payment, accidental extra payment, or incorrect transaction, the client should contact Infrazy Technologies with valid payment proof. After verification, the eligible amount may be refunded to the original payment method or adjusted against current or future invoices.

10. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved by Infrazy Technologies, it may take approximately 7 to 15 business days to process, depending on the payment method, bank, payment gateway, and internal verification. Any transaction charges, gateway fees, taxes, or bank charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

11. Right to Refuse Refund

Infrazy Technologies reserves the right to refuse any refund request if the work has already started, resources have been allocated, deliverables have been shared, services have been consumed, the request is outside the agreed terms, or the claim appears invalid, misleading, abusive, or unreasonable.
